The Grassroots Action Team is a strong and diverse
coalition dedicated to driving positive change across the
High Desert. Our coalition is proud to include leaders from
all walks of life, representing both the Antelope Valley and
the Victor Valley. We are elected officials, union workers,
community organizers, students, healthcare workers,
teachers, and much more. We firmly believe that change
does not come on its own; we are the leaders ready to step
up and create the transformation we envision for our
community. Together, as a united team, we will relentlessly
champion social and economic justice and secure a bright

What is ADEM?

ADEM (Assembly District Election Meetings) is essentially an election to vote for a
registered Democrat in your district to elect them as a delegate to the California
State Democratic Party.

2025 ADEM ELECTIONS

The California Democratic Party Assembly District Election Meetings will be held
February 22-23, 2025

Assembly District Election

The California Democratic Party Assembly District Elections Meeting (“ADEM”) shall
be held in each of the 80 Assembly Districts in January of each odd-numbered year
to elect representatives as (“Assembly District delegates”) or (“ADDs”) to the
California Democratic Party Democratic State Central Committee and one
representative per Assembly District to the CDP Executive Board Representative.

Online Voting

For the 2025 ADEMs, CADEM has implemented an Online Voting option.

Online Voting Registration will open January 6, 2025 at 12:00 PM (noon)
and closes January 24, 2025, at 12:00 PM (noon). For instructions on
how to vote online, please visit the My Ballot page.

Vote in Person

In addition to the online voting system, voters will also have the option to
vote at in-person voting locations.
